• Manage and lead Real Estate service provision from receipt of instructions to file closure while observing the approved procedures, agreed and signed off timelines and service standards within applicable law and Firm policies while providing effective support and guidance to the Advocates and staff in the department at every stage.
• Planning and coordinating business development activities and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
• Proper client care by coordinating client visits and feedback and ensuring responsiveness to client needs at all times.
• Liaise with and managing service providers and regulators and other stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless service provision to clients.
• Ensure updating and maintenance of MIS and reporting with respect to the functions of the department e.g business development, file opening, billing, TAT, exceptions, documents movement and others as may be required.

•   Advising various clients in connection with acquisition of land, land control requirements in respect of agricultural land, amalgamation of land, changes and extensions of user and subdivision including obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
